Vinyasa Yoga & Sound Meditation with Anne. All levels welcome. One breath, one movement. The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. In this class, you will be guided through a series of movements, all linked to an inhalation or exhalation. Get ready to flow and dance on your mat. The class will close with a beautiful sound meditation working through the chakras through crystal singing bowls and toning. You will leave the class in a blissfully relaxed state.
