Q: How would you like people to feel when they leave your class? 

A: I hope they can feel content with themselves and the whole world. (even if it’s just briefly!)

Q: What is one of your favourite inspirational quotes right now?

A: I love everything I read from Donna Farhi, here a couple of her quotes I loved:

Q: What is your favourite posture/asana right now?

A: At the moment I love handstand (against a wall because I can’t balance on my hands). I love being upside down, I love the challenge and I like amusing my two children.

Q: If you could be any animal what would it be & why? 

A: I would definitely be a cat because I love stretching,  relaxing,  I am curious and I am an explorer. 

Q: What positive change would you like to see in the world right now?

A: A more ecologically sustainable one.

Q: Are you pregnancy trained?

A:Yes, not only trained, truly passionate about it.

Alice started attending regular yoga classes as a teenager dragged by her dad. The first yoga she practiced was a quite strict and traditional one and while she found it “exotically strange” she eventually got completely seduced by it. She quickly became passionate about the power of deep breathing, the acquired physical strength and flexibility, its meditative quality, and the enhancement of body-mind communication. 


When she moved to London in 2007 she had the chance to practise different styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Scaravelli inspired yoga.  This variety reflects well in her own style of teaching, which is based on classical Hatha but with a more organic and fluid approach. 


She qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and gained a 500 hour diploma in 2015, soon after giving birth to her first child she trained with Birthlight (Francoise Freedman) to become an antenatal, postnatal, baby and toddler yoga teacher. More recently she specialised in teaching to children and to elderly in Nursing Homes (Chair Yoga). In her yoga classes she creates a space for self-nurturing, finding ease, comfort and enjoyment in the precious individuality.

Her mission is to make Yoga enjoyable and accessible to everyone.


She has been living in Forest Gate since 2016 and she loves the sense of community and the surrounding nature in the area.
