An hour & a half of Bliss… Yin with massage followed by a nourishing yoga Nidra to set you up for the rest of the week…
Yin Yoga is passive and meditative. It focuses on the connective tissues such as the tendons, the deep fascia and ligaments also known as the ‘yin tissues’. This helps us cultivate a greater sense of awareness and relaxation. In Yin Yoga, poses are held from 3-5 mins which deepens the stretch creating an opportunity to go deeper on many levels. This is a great practice to help calm the nervous system and aid in getting a good night's sleep. Anna will be offering gentle massage to bring another layer of love and healing to the practice & the body.
