Power Yoga

We will be working with the postures/asanas looking to increase the power of  our breath, and exploring the strength & power that can be gained from the actual physical body with positive thought, acceptance, support & care

Ideally we will connect with our hearts......you will surely feel fabulous, worked out & grateful afterwards.  (maybe even mildly smug 😉)
