Meditation (Kundalini) 

Kundalini is an energy we all have, through Yoga we release that energy to serve us in higher awareness, to live from our creative and whole selves.

Kundalini Yoga classes include Pranayama (breath work), a Kriya (exercise, set of movements, relaxation and meditation (with/without mantra). The pace of the class depends on the Kriya and intuition of the teacher. Each class will have a theme that is designed to give you tools to use in life in a practical way.

The class can be greatly healing physically and subtly too, clearing blocks and bringing vitality and balance to mind, body, soul. The true essence of Kundalini Yoga is known through experience.
