In this Hatha class, you will experience a moving meditation which brings the element of mindfulness into the practice. With longer holds in each shape, this class gives you the time to quiet the mind, and use the breath to; facilitate alignment, open up space in areas of tension and purify the energetic channels. Expect posture/asana practice with Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation to release the accumulated tension of the week gone feeling relaxed and calm for the weekend and the week ahead.
