How often do you take time to be gentle and intentional with your body? Gentle yoga is the class where we slow down. Slowing down doesn’t mean doing less, it actually allows space to be more intentional with one’s body and breath. Deep stretching and lengthening postures will be explored, allowing time to really investigate what lies within the body. Being gentle is a beautiful practice where much can be learned. Let’s learn to let go and honour our bodies together.
