In this class we will look at the basics of Yoga. This class is open for anyone who would like to know more about how to practice yoga, or would like to take advantage of exercise, mindfulness, relaxation & reflection.
We will look at the function of the breath and exercises to help us aid sleep, anxiety or stress.
We will also learn how the postures/asanas help to keep us mobile, flexible and released. Finishing with a relaxation to wind down, focus and feel fabulous.....The class is back kind, and suitable for ALL.
