A meditative, unwinding, much slower form of Vinyasa Yoga to help you find space between poses, listen your body, become more aware of subtle sensations inside you, slow down fluctuations of your mind and prepare you for a coming week.
This Slow Flow Yoga class is a consolidation of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin yoga, with fewer transitions than traditional Vinyasa yoga, yet more flow than Hatha yoga, in gradually slowing down phase, which eventually surrenders into Yin poses, kept for a longer period of time, to tap in deeper tissues of your body and mind, whilst still retaining the gentle rhythm of a steady movement. Eventually finished with nurturing yoga nidra or meditative visualisation in savasana.
